• All files must precisely match the print size that you have selected. If you want a white border, add it in your file - you're a professional photographer, I know you can handle it ;p 
• DPI/Resolution: the higher the better, but don't stress about it too much

Paper Type

• For now, I am only using extremely high quality Canson Platine paper. Your clients will love it.

• In the future, I may offer other paper types.
• If you are doing a large quantity of prints and need a specific paper type, just reach out. Rolls generally are available in 50 feet, so we would just have to make it make sense :) 

Turnaround Time

Current time is 2-3 business days after file is submitted until order is shipped

Shipping

• All prints ship in a high quality shipping tube
• US-only
  
• Flat rate of $10 that covers shipping + materials costs
• Drop-shipping available (i.e. I can send directly to your client.)
• If you are a member of the media that photographs rocket launches, we can arrange a handoff at remote camera setup/press site viewing in some cases -- use promo code MEDIAHANDOFF during checkout

Sizes/Pricing

• Pricing during this initial phase of offering prints to photographers is being offered extremely competitively. In fact, the pricing is all simply 30-50% less than one of the leading print labs that I've used for years (and still use for metal prints)
• If you need a really specific custom size (above 13x19"), just let me know
• Pro tip: if you need smaller sizes, just place multiple images into one of my standard sizes. I.e. if you want a bunch of 8x10s, arrange six of them in a 20x24 print. If they each have a white border, I'll even chop them up in my industrial paper trimmer!
